Delete Your Account

You can delete your Asma Al Zaabi account and the personal information attached to it at any time.

Option 1 — In the app

1. Open the Asma Al Zaabi app
2. Go to the Account tab
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm

Your account is scheduled for deletion straight away.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.

We may ask one question to confirm it is really you before we proceed. We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your saved delivery addresses
• Your wishlist and browsing history
• Your push notification registrations
• Your ability to sign in

What we have to keep

Completed order and payment records are kept for the period UAE tax and commercial law requires. Personal details are removed from these records wherever they are not legally required to remain.

How long it takes

Deletion completes within 30 days of your request.
